TALKS AND WALKS Hazel is available for shorter sessions on aspects of Jane Austen's life and novels - anything between an hour and day-long bookings - and for guided visits to Bath, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis and Chawton. She will travel from the Exeter area, for the cost of diesel and a reasonable fee. Talks can be tailored to suit your requirements, either in the daytime or in an evening. Hazel has her own laptop, projector and screen so all that remains to be found will be the venue. In the Exeter area, Hazel knows of a suitable venue if it is required. Walks in Bath take about 4 hours (plus a break for lunch), those in Sidmouth & Lyme about 1½ hours each. Please contact Hazel to discuss how the arrangements can be tailored to suit your group. For older and disabled people, the walks are leisurely and those at Sidmouth and Lyme are mostly on the flat. Wheelchair users should not be put off, especially in Bath. For those who may be daunted by parts of the walk, there are some 'escape' routes. I can arrange for a willing volunteer to push a wheelchair and give your companion a chance to enjoy the tour. If you have any questions, then please contact Hazel. You can contact Hazel by clicking here .
